“I heard of Eric’s passing from my sister Val Leitch. In my mid teens Eric, Jim Morrison and I were good friends spending lots of time together. We created some incredible memories that bring smiles to my face even today 60 years after the fact. Jim had bright red hair Eric was the blonde guy and I had brown hair so we were noticeable when out together please accept my condolences for you and your families loss. I have some fond memories of some of our hijinks we enjoyed. Be happy to share those”
