Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Erna Ohmann of Medicine Hat, Alberta, who passed away at the age of 95, on November 26, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Immanuel Schottle and Olga Schottle; her husband Kurt Ohmann; her stepson Horst Ohmann; and her daughters-in-law, Jodi Hilgendorf and Carol Hilgendorf.

She is survived by: her children, Rita McArthur (Doug), Hardy Hilgendorf and Frank Hilgendorf (Lorraine); her stepdaughter-in-law Wally Gutzmann (Manfred); her grandchildren, Jennifer McArthur, Jill Gayford (Colin), Nathan Hilgendorf (Trina), Christopher Hilgendorf (Ivanna), Andrew Hilgendorf (Megan), Brandon Hilgendorf (Leanne) and Danielle Haberlack (Ian); her stepgrandchildren, Christopher Ohmann (Mel) and Shawn Ohmann (Jodie); and her nieces, Evelyn, Karin and Petra of Germany. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.

A celebration of life was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Centre on Thursday.
