He was predeceased by: his parents, Christina Neitz and Phillip Neitz; his siblings, Robert, Paul, Alvina Jaster, Bertha "Betty" Adam and Ruth Neitz; and his great great grandchild Gage.
He is survived by: his wife Irene Neitz of Medicine Hat; his children, Brenda Duchscherer (Norman), Dean Neitz (Caroline), Sheryl Ahner (Rick) and Gloria Neitz; his granddaughter Charlotte (Philip); his great grandchildren, Alyssia (Jason), Ryan and Brett; his grandchildren, Amanda (Keegan), Raeann (Chris), Justin and Jenise (Goran); his great great grandchildren, Kiara, Grayson and Michael; and his brother Harry Neitz (Maureen).
As an expression of sympathy donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
