It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florence Helen Cowan of Medicine Hat, Alberta, born in Olds, Alberta, who passed away on July 3, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph Wellington Cowan; her son Ralph Wellington Jr.; her daughter-in-law Peggi; her parents, Albert Meidinger and Rosie Meidinger; and her siblings, Norman Art Meidinger, Verna Cotton and Doris Evans.
She is survived by: her sons, Glenn of Medicine Hat, Dale (Melisa) of Medicine Hat and Roger (Cathy) of Brooks; her grandchildren, Jerredi Hauck (Joshua), Teigen Dobbin (Blain), Grayden Cowan (Katelynn), Carsen Kendel (Chelsea), Jordan Kendel and Molly Kendel; her great grandchildren, Iveryn Hauck, Eraley Hauck, Aysin Dobbin and Parker Kendel; and her sisters, Lorraine Shaw of Calgary and Ruth Lassister (Stan) of Bassano.
