He was predeceased by: his wife Marion Hoffman; his parents, Jacob Hoffman and Katie Hoffman; his son-in-law Stephen Hawthorne; his siblings, Oscar Hoffman (Isabelle), Alfred Hoffman (Agnes) and Gertie Nagel (Norman); his brother-in-law Fred Holstein (Lorrie); and his niece Connie Hoffman.
He is survived by: his daughters, Glenda Hawthorne (Gary Burr) and Lorna Hoffman-Pemberton (Craig); his granddaughter Kaitlyn Brandt (Aden); his brother Edgar Hoffman (Lorna); his sister-in-law Gladys Perry (Don); and his nieces and nephews, Ron, Clifford, Audrey, Joanne, Debbie, Marj, Bob, Jennifer, Kathryn, Kevin, Leanne, Patti, Ashley and Chelsey.
