He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Hollingshead and Bea Hollingshead; and his sister Joyce Ingram. He is survived by: his wife Claire; his daughters, Susan Hollingshead and Shauna Sederberg (Bruce); his grandchildren, Alexandra Payze, Danika Mattson, Clancy Sederberg (Sarah), Olivia Sederberg (Layne Woods) and Lauryn Salzl (Brett); his great grandchildren, River, Finley, Josie, Robin, Rosalind and Rowan; and his siblings-in-law, Karen Charbonneau and Arnie Ingram.
