We are sad to announce that on June 23, 2021, at the age of 74, Glen Alfred Koutsky of Medicine Hat, Alberta passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Koutsky and Hilda Koutsky; and his sister Linda (Mastel). He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his sons, Jeremy (Kaitlyn) and Matthew (Alexis); his grandchild Holden; his brother-in-law Richard; his cousin Francis; and his siblings, Terry (Rod), Patty (Mel) and Frank (Peggy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a private funeral service will be held in the PATTISON CHAPEL on Monday, June 28, 2021 at 11:00 a. m. with Life Celebrant Pat Grisonich.

Those who wish to remember Glen with a donation, may do so to the Alberta Lung Association.
