He was predeceased by: his brother Jimmy Prawdzik; and his grandparents, Agnes, Walter Prawdzik, Veronica and Joseph Pow.

He is survived by: his parents, Betty Oerlemans (Melvin) and David Prawdzik; his siblings, Kim Schmidt (Jim), David Prawdzik (Beverly), Dawn Prawdzik and Walter Prawdzik; his nieces and nephews, Travis, Ryan Unger (Kerri), Tara Critchlow (Doug), Alicia, Brittany, James Schmidt, Micheal Prawdzik, Tabitha, McKenzie (Brendan), Robert (Shelby), Thomas Davey, Walter Jr. (Samantha), Grace, Noah Prawdzik and Jenny Steinhubl (Barry); his goddaughter Mallory Cook (Tanner); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brandon, Devon, Cole, Taylor, Finlay, Hunter, Vaetta, Gage, Ridley, Brooks, Indie, Walter IV, Weston and Olivia; Dion. He is also survived by many aunties, uncles, cousins and friends.
