It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jerome John Koch of Medicine Hat, Alberta, who passed away on October 29, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Koch and Magdalena Koch; his siblings, Leo, Rose Lacher (Gabe) and Frances Martin; his brother-in-law Lloyd Gendron; and his siblings' children, Debbie Martin, Brenda Hamilton, Terry Lacher and Jared Gendron.

He is survived by: his wife Jeanette (Fauth); his children, Yvette Unrath (Bryce), Sandy Gingras (Pete) and Tracy Moser (Kelly); his grandchild Chantelle Baker (Jake); his great grandchildren, Madisyn, Tanis and Ari; his grandchild Jesse Unrath (Sarah); his great grandchildren, Ava, Olivia and Ethan; his grandson Nathan Gingras (Andrea); his great grandchildren, Theo and Hadley; his grandchild Lexi Kraus (Brad); his brother Allen (Sheri); his sister-in-law Dolores Heather; and also Loretta O'Bear (Don). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; Jeanette's brothers.
