Jerry Schlenker Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on September 2, 2025, at the age of 76, Jerry Schlenker of Medicine Hat, Alberta passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jerry Schlenker to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lydia Schlenker and Emanuel Schlenker; his parents-in-law, Leonard and Mary Lien; his sister Betty Van Buskirk; and his sisters-in-law, Betty Schlenker and Wendy Lien Svenson.

He is survived by: his wife Janet Lien; his children, Rhonda (Cody) and Jay (Kjersti); his granddaughters, Jordyn, Reese (Carter), Maryn and Rylee; his brother Jim Schlenker; and his siblings-in-law, Ron Van Buskirk, Rod Svenson and Carol Lien Jones (Malcolm). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many incredible friends.
