It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jim Gaetz of Medicine Hat, Alberta, born in Montmartre, Saskatchewan, who passed away on February 4, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Gaetz and Margaret Gaetz; his wife Myrna Gaetz; and his sisters, Kay Walchuk and Lee Haussecker.
He is survived by : his children, James Gaetz (Glenda), Heather Ann Gaetz, Tom Gaetz (Ingrid) and John Gaetz (Michelle). He is also survived by ten grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; one great-great granddaughter; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
