He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Geiger and Catherine Geiger; his sister Angela Farrer; his siblings-in-law, Berna Ensz, Gerald Churchhill and Harvey Ensz; his son-in-law Mario Pisoni; and his in-laws, Katherine, Ed Neitz, Nick and Ann Getz.
He is survived by: his wife Doreen Geiger of Medicine Hat; his children, Shawn (Karen) and Stacey Pisoni; his niece Darla Bossert (Merle); his grandchildren, Andrea (Will), Cam (Channia), Aidan (Emily) and Jonas; and his siblings, Antionette Churchhill, Harvey Geiger (Anne), Jerome Geiger (Rosemarie Sackela Geiger) and Tim Geiger (Carmen Gill). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
