With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jim Marr of Medicine Hat, Alberta, born in Cereal, Alberta, who passed away on January 31, 2023 at the age of 77. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jim Marr to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Marr and Mary Marr; his brother Ken Marr; his sister-in-law Gail Marr; his nephew John Douglas Hogan; and also, Walter and Elaine Wood.

He is survived by: his wife Wendy Marr; his great grandchildren, Lori Bohnet (Kerry), Jesse Elhart (Cassidy) and JayLee Bohnet (Jaylynn); his grandchildren, Tyler, Amy Jenkins (Dan), Brayden (Lindsey), Taylor (Justin), Mitchell (Theresa), Dylan (Jayden), Meghan (Keiren) and Karson Kelly; his great grandchild Bryton; his siblings, Gary, Gail Blokland (Emile), Brent (Denise) and Lynn (Diane); his sisters-in-law, Linda Hummel and Cheryl Hogan (John); and his aunt Brenda Marr. He is also survived by 19 nieces and nephews, 33 great nieces and nephews, five great great nieces and nephews, and numerous cousins.
