She was predeceased by: her parents, Asmund'Ole' Wardberg and Esther Wardberg; her son-in-law Elmer Benson; her great grandchild Karson Eremenko; and her siblings, Alice Wardberg, Velma Wardberg (Schmaltz) and Alfred Wardberg (Josephine).
She is survived by: her daughter Caroline Neitz (Dean); her grandchildren, Amanda (Keegan) and Raeann (Chris); her daughter Laurel Eremenko; her grandchildren, Sandra, Brett (Nikol) and Desirae (Dan); her great grandchildren, Saylem, Cohen, Bowen, Blaire, Aubrey and Lorenzo; and her brothers, LeRoy and Lyle Wardberg.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, February 6th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Cook Southland Funeral Chapel (901 13 St SW, Medicine Hat, AB T1A4V4).
