He was predeceased by: his brother John Thomas of England; and his parents, William and Lilly. He is survived by: his wife Lynne Thomas; and his children, Michael James Thomas (Ashley) of Medicine Hat, Sheri-Lynne Wickenhieser (Darcy) of Medicine Hat and Deborah-Lynne Larade of England.
