He was predeceased by: his parents, Kai Yin and Sui Lung Wong; his cousin Grant Wong; his in-law Keith Graves (Rita); and his brother-in-law Eric Graves.
He is survived by: his wife Sheila; his children, Breanna and Matthew Wong (Sydney); his siblings, Betty Wong, Ken Wong (Lindy), Oi Batsel (Waldy), Sai Wong (Darcee) and Carol McDermid (Tim); his nieces and nephews, Nathan Beck (Alli), Nicole Coburn (Austin), Jessica Wong (Chris Tully), Mikaela Wong (Austin Dulle), Dillon Batsel (Sierra Zukowski), Jason Batsel (Casey Lawrence), Celina Batsel (Teagan Wishart) and Jordon Wong (Randal); his nieces and nephews, Kaitlin Smith (Dallas), Alexander McDermid (Kelly Hu) and Cameron McDermid (Kassi); his cousins, Vince Wong (Joan), Lawton Wong (Robin) and Rita Pon (Ed); Colter.
