She was predeceased by: her great grandchildren, Derrick Sidorak and London Herzog. She is survived by: her husband William Sidorak; her children, Cheryl Herzog and Ron Sidorak; her grandchildren, Chad Sidorak (Julie), Tara Atwell, Kristina Schultz (Rob) and Lauren Herzog; and her great grandchildren, Nico Sidorak, Mia Schultz and Avery Herzog.
