She is survived by: her children, Tammy Burke (Tim Winchester), Corinna Culler (Stephen Moser) and Alana Culler-Frank (Owen Frank); and her grandchildren, Ryan, Jordan (Rebecca), Jeffery, Alyssa (Justin), Braelynn (Victor), Amethyst (Mike), Trenton, Kiegan, Lexi, Katanna, Blaize and Rio.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Alzheimer's Society.
