Rita Arkell Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rita Arkell of Medicine Hat, Alberta, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 23, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Rita leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Rita may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Caswell and Pearl Caswell; and her siblings, Larry Caswell and Patricia Mast. She is survived by: her children, Bradley Thompson (Becky) and Dawn Brill (Terry); her grandchildren, Braydon (Skyler), Brody, KaSandra and Chase; her great grandchild Autumn; her sister Eldean Parnell; and her sister-in-law Linda Caswell.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Hillside Cemetery (1280 10 Ave SW, Medicine Hat, AB T1A0C7).
