She was predeceased by: her parents, Lambertus and Alida; her husband Henry Hazelaar; her daughter Marilyn; her grandson Branden; and her sisters, Sjaan and Bep.
She is survived by: her children, Harvey (Joanne), Robert (Dinah), Marvin, Alan (Jacqueline) and Loretta; her siblings, Cory and Jane Vonk; and her sister-in-law Bertha Schollaardt. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.
