He was predeceased by: his father Edward Plante; and his father-in-law Tom Gedak. He is survived by: his wife Michele; his mother Carolin Plante; his siblings, Ed Plante (Shelley), Jo Schlenker (Gary), Paul Plante, Jack Plante (Laurie) and Laureen Getz (Wayne); his mother-in-law Ferne Gedak; and his sisters-in-law, Gerrie Begg (Darren) and Shelley Edward (Doug). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
