He is survived by: his children, Candice Baxter (Stuart) and Ryan Baxter (Sheena); his grandchildren, Noah, Addison and Jackson; his sisters, Marcy Smith and Carol Jeffries; and his sister-in-law Rose Baxter. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
