Simon Andrew Hammel Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Simon Andrew Hammel of Medicine Hat, Alberta, who passed away on August 10, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Hammel and Anna Hammel; his brother Ray Hammel; his sister-in-law Marlene; his sister Anna Fitterer; his brother-in-law Tony; his sister Mag Fleckenstein; and his brother-in-law John.

He is survived by: his wife Emma Hammel; his siblings, Peter Hammel (Phyllis) and Mavis Taylor (Blaine); and his sons, Len and Lorne. He is also survived by his numerous nieces and nephews.
