Susanah Costea Obituary
We bid farewell to Susanah Costea of Medicine Hat, Alberta, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 30, 2026 at the age of 94. Susanah touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Les Costea; her grandson Justin Costea; her daughter-in-law Lyn Costea; and her parents, Florentina Miller and Frank J. Miller.
She is survived by: her husband George; her son Phillip; her grandchildren, Staci Olmstead (Devin) and Jordan Costea (Ashton); her great grandchildren, Dylan, Meghan, Maddyx and Maverick; her great great grandchildren, Bryton and Braven; and her siblings, Leonard Miller, Violet (late Ed Fischer) and Lena (late Nick Erseman). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A vigil service will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Saamis Memorial (1 Dunmore Rd SE, Medicine Hat, AB T1A1Z5). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Family Parish (1451 Strachan Rd SE, Medicine Hat, AB T1B4V3).
