With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tanya Dawn Ellis of Medicine Hat, Alberta, who passed away on November 25, 2021 at the age of 47. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Tanya Dawn Ellis to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her son Jett Ellis. She is survived by: her parents, Marilyn Houff (John Reddekop) and Rocky Houff (Denise); her brothers, Troy (Teresa), Travis Houff and Shannon Houff; her mother-in-law Lynn Ellis; and her siblings-in-law, Mark (Alison), Greg (Wanda) and Jodi Churla (Mark). She is also survived by cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and dear friends.

COVID-19 REP protocols will be in place and all guests are required to show their vaccination QR code (with Government issued ID) or a negative COVID-19 test (within 72 hours); masks are mandatory.
