We are sad to announce that, on October 6, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Tara Blacharczyk (Medicine Hat, Alberta). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Frank Blacharczyk and Patricia Hannah; her son Xavier Blacharczyk; her siblings, Caitlin, Nicole (Christopher) and Tony; her close friend Dean Watkins; her uncle David Hannah; her aunt Anna Alexander (Steve U'ren); her nieces and nephews, Finley, TJ, Molly, Lennon and Alfie; and her cousins, Catherine and Elizabeth. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
Current Covid-19 restrictions will also be implemented.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations in Tara's memory to support initiatives for Mental Health and Addiction.
