He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Hurbert Mortlock and Kathleen Mortlock; his daughter Joanne Kathleen Mortlock; and his sister Joan Burner. He is survived by: his wife Wilma Mortlock; his son Thomas James; his grandchildren, Marcus Grant Mortlock (Marni), Russell James Mortlock (Taytum Wilkins), Nathyn Hugh Patrick Mortlock (Shelby MacPhail) and Jordan Colleen Mortlock (Chad Yetman); and his siblings, Kathleen LeBrun of Stittsville, Ontario and Jamie Mortlock of Vancouver, B. C.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
