She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Pols and Jean Pols; her husband William Perry; her great grandchild Noah; and her sisters, Florence Pols and Agnes Craig.
She is survived by: her children, Robert (Judy), Loretta (Don), Donald (Gladys) and Ron (Tracy); her grandchildren, Peggy (Pierre), Dean, Mark (Christine), Robert (Kendra), Ashley (Luke), Chelsey (Logan), Corey (Ashlee) and Kristin; her great grandchildren, Harrison, Callum, Cameron (Dana), Courtney, Tanner, Connor, Cassidy (Josh), Nevaeh, Sophia, Abigail, Gabriel and Knox; her great great grandchildren, Levi, Ollie and Luke; and her sister Evelyn. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
