We are sad to announce that on May 7, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Victor William Scharff of Medicine Hat, Alberta. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Mike Scharff and Amelia Scharff (Lautermilch); his in-laws, Dave and Katie Miller (Martian); his sisters, Lusy (Frank Noble), Edna (Ike Lanz), Viola (Gordon Little), Alice (Art Weiss) and Evelyn (Elmer Weiss); and his brother-in-law Frank Miller.

He is survived by : his wife Rose (Miller); his children, Rick Scharff (Cheryl) and Charlene Litowsky (Joe); his grandchildren, Mike Scharff, Carlyn Hood (Jordan), Mac Scharff, Nick Litowsky (Kristie) and Mason Litowsky (McKenna); his great grandchildren, Decker, Cabela, Hood, Alexi, Myah, Nikko and Kapri Litowsky; and his siblings-in-law, Don Miller (Maryanne) and Josephine Miller. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

A prayer was held on Sunday, May 12th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Pattison Funeral Home (540 S Railway St, Medicine Hat, AB T1A2V6). Visitation was held on Monday, May 13th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Holy Family Parish (1451 Strachan Rd SE, Medicine Hat, AB T1B4V3). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, May 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
