He was predeceased by: his parents, Phelps Chesley and Olive Chesley; and his sister Gail Provan. He is survived by: his wife Bernice Chesley; his children, Jill Chesley (Kathleen Danser) of Edmonton, Debra Chesley of Calgary and Jay Chesley (Tracey) of Calgary; his granddaughter Elizabeth Chesley of Vancouver; his aunt Doreen Medland of Toronto; and his nieces, Laurie and Judy.
