He was predeceased by: his wife Evelyn Frank; his parents, August Frank and Mollie Frank; and his siblings, Orville Frank (Ilene), Gordon Frank and Ilene Tessman.
He is survived by: his children, Kevin Frank and Teresa Nugent (Kevin); his grandchildren, Kyler Handley (Nolan) and Easton Nugent; and his siblings, Norman Frank (Sharon), Melvin Frank and Dorothy Wiggins (Bob). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
