She is survived by: her children, Phil Schayes (Marie), Sylvia Massner and Louise Van Brabant (Dwight); her grandchildren, Marc Goudreau (Cheryl), Justin Goudreau (Michelle), Melissa English, Caydeen Clayton, Lydia Guenther, Kayla Pullyblank (Ryan), Amber Tuttle (Brad), Tyler Massner, Bryce Van Brabant (Victoria), Kelsey Whalen (Jake), Riley Van Brabant (Alyssa), Dana Sequin (Craig) and Hailey Van Brabant; and her siblings, Gisèle Klimchuck (Mel), Rose-Marie Sabourin, Raymond Sabourin, Denis Sabourin (Diane) and Bernard Sabourin (Cathy). She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Jean Baptiste Parish (10034 100 Ave, Morinville, AB T8R1P7). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Morinville Community Cultural Centre (9502 100 Ave, Morinville, AB T8R1T1).
