He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Bucher and Margaret Bucher; and his sister Sarah Ellen Bucher Myers. He is survived by: his wife Esther Marie Shank; his children, Anthony David Bucher (Tina) of Longview, Texas and Bonnie Kay Tejada (Vince) of Edmonton, Alberta.; his grandchildren, Averie, Benjamin Tejada, Hope, Haidyn Bucher and Hannah Thiele (Gavin); and his siblings, Dan Bucher (Judy) and Mary Beth Lind (Lester).
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Morinville Community Cultural Centre (9502 100 Ave, Morinville, AB T8R1T1).
