She was predeceased by: her husband Mike; her parents, Joseph Warawa and Cassie Warawa; her siblings, Mike Warawa (Hilda), Roman Warawa and Josephine Osinchuk (Paul); and her brothers-in-law, Leonard Siracky and Ben Winnicki.
She is survived by: her children, Ken Motiuk (Wendy), Karen Kotlarchuk (Jeff), Yvonne Shelast (Curtis), Donna Gerry (Doug) and Colette Shannon (Kendal); her great grandchildren, Erin Holowach (Travis), Carlee Leliuk (Justin), Jill Bay (Paul), Janet Motiuk, Ryan Kotlarchuk (Khandis), Kristy Elkow (Kevin), Kamden, Kyler, Kenzie, Kevin Shelast (Renee), Tyler Shannon (Jaden) and Zach Shannon; her sisters, Jean Winnicki and Toni Siracky; her sister-in-law Elsie Warawa; Jax, Raeyah, Liv, Kaden, Jace, Taya, Addison, Adelaide, Miriam, Shawn Shelast and Sarah Shelast. She is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the "Mary Immaculate Hospital (Mundare) Foundation" or charity of one's choice.
