He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his children, Daniel and Lisa; his grandchildren, Taryn and Ari; and his siblings, Ronald, Dennis (Garcene), Eugene (Shauna) and Mary Gubersky. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Memorial donations may be made to the "Alzheimer Society of Alberta" or the "Lupus Foundation of Canada.".
