He was predeceased by: his parent Dmytro Mychajluk (Annylyna). He is survived by: his sister Anne Mychajluk (Greg Streich); and his pets, Smokey, Juniper, Oleksiy Kachmar and Dr. Iuliia Kysla (family: Mundare). He is also survived by numerous friends.
