She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Hansen and Lola Hansen. She is survived by: her husband Garry Shields; her children, Darcie Eamor (Norm Mercier), Cori Traber (Mark) and Bill Shields; her grandchildren, Brant Eamor (Shustine), Jordan Mazereeuw, Lauryn Hunter (Kyle), Danielle Siemens (Jake), Erinn Suriano (Jonathan), Carter McRae, Luke Shields and Tatum Shields; her great grandchildren, Brooke, Harper Eamor, Cohen Mazereeuw, Remi, Easton Siemens and Margot Hunter; and her sister Sherry Lyon. She is also survived by many extended family members, lifelong friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Nanton Baptist Church (2410 26 Ave, Nanton, AB T0L1R0).
