She was predeceased by: her husband Andy; her son Gerald; her grandson David; and her great grandchildren, Seth and Leah.
She is survived by: her children, Harry Folkerts (Maryanne), John (Wendy), Ken Folkerts, Rudy (Shirley), Liz Jacobi (Melvin) and Hans Folkerts (Grace). She is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 49 great grandchildren.
