He was predeceased by: his wife Evelyn; his daughter Rosemarie Livingstone; and his siblings, Thelma Todd, Wilda McReynolds, Rosemarie Livingstone, Alan and Fred Livingstone.

He is survived by: his children, Diane Mitchell (Ben) of St. Paul, Royal Livingstone (Dellas) of Valleyview, Brenda Luckwell (Larry) of New Norway and Laural Hoff (Steve) of New Norway. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
