He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer and Bertha; his brother Ed; and his siblings-in-law, Donald Johnson (Dorothy), Chester Johnson and Dianne Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Mavis; his children, Gail Cowan (Jim), Elaine Banks (Brian) and Debra Adrian; and his brother-in-law Leroy Johnson. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Messiah Lutheran Church (4810 50 St, Camrose, AB T4V1P5).
