He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Phillips and Lorna Phillips of Newbrook Alberta; and his brother Timothy Phillips. He is survived by: his children, Sullivan Phillips (Alyssa), Madisynn Phillips (Kyler) and Bowen Phillips; his siblings, Cory Phillips (Wendy) and Rose Phillips; and his nieces, Jasmine and Kimberly.
