He is survived by: his wife Maureen Blanchard (Mills); his children, Lynne Palmer (Blanchard) and Paul Blanchard; his grandchildren, Sarah Palmer and Robert Grant Palmer; his brother Clive Mills; his sister-in-law Jackie Mills; and his friend Gordon Cranidge. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
