He is survived by: his wife Elva; his children, Claude (Carla) and Chantal (Dave); his grandchildren, Eric and Sophia; his brothers, Noel (Doris) and Gilles (Aline); and his sisters-in-law, Rita Painchaud and Juliette Painchaud. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
