He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Vass and I. Marion Vass; and his brothers, Francis and Alexander. He is survived by: his wife Lorena Norton. He is also survived by his five children and their spouses, ten grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces and cousins.
