She is survived by: her husband John Smythe (Jack); her children, David Smythe (Fransisca) and Joan Boles (Kelly); her grandchildren, Tyler, Paige, Courtney Smythe, Carter, Morgan, Lauren and Isaac Boles; and her siblings-in-law, Darlene Hoogstraten (Ben), Ross Rumbles and John Mattus. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and cherished friends.
