He was predeceased by : his wife Noreen Durand; his mother Nellie Durand; and his daughter-in-law Carol Durand. He is survived by : his father Laurence Durand; his sister Anne Weyers; his children, Doug Durand, Tracey Smith (Randy) and Brett Durand (Stacy); and his siblings, Velma Piket (Jack), Al Durand (Marlene), Hank Durand (Jan), Faye Menard (Dennis), Dot Petrie (Gordie) and Sharon Dales (Marvin).
In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may be made directly to the Olds Hospice Society or Heart and Stoke.
