We are sad to announce that on January 17, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Dorothy Yanke of Orion, Alberta, born in Manyberries, Alberta. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Schmidt and Lydia Schmidt; her siblings, Johnny Schmidt, Anne Urichuk, Shirley Lawson and Jacqueline; and her husband Fred Yanke.

She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Day Chief (Raymond Duchesneau), Harvey Yanke (Yvonne), Leroy Yanke (Cheryl), Marilyn Emmelkamp (Glen), Valerie Yanke and Sherry Rissling (Kevin); and her sister Ida Ehnes (Larry).

Due to current COVID-19 restrictions the service will be by invitation only.
