He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Parenteau and Flora Parenteau; his siblings, Octave Parenteau, Eddie Parenteau, Leo Parenteau, Tommy Parenteau, Robert Parenteau, Susie Fischer and Ernestine Ridsdale; his former wife Cora Evelyn Parenteau; and his sons, Derwin and Daryl Parenteau.
He is survived by: his children, Calvin Parenteau (Bev), Wendy Patton, Heather Scott (Leonard), Lawrence Parenteau, Linda Paul (Glen), Corrine Card and Trevor Parenteau. He is also survived by 22 Grandchildren, 31 Great-Grandchildren and 3 Great-Great Grandchildren.
