He was predeceased by : his parents, Alfeo and Alfonsina; and his brother Walter. He is survived by : his wife Elizabeth; his sons, David (Andrea), Daniel (KaraLee) and Douglas (Brittany); and his grandchildren, Connor, Jacob, Kristian, Zachary and Isabelle.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Diabetes Canada or the Canadian Lung Association.
