He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, John Dechant and Anna Dechant; his wife Esther; his children, Delores Wilson (Ursulan), Gerald Ursulan, Denise Dundas (Rick), Bernadine Cooper (Doug) and Stephanie Lazar (Robert); his grandchildren, Dana, Garrett, Jordan, Cory, Tara, Rick, Kelsi, Matthew, Megan, Aidan and Katharine; his great grandchildren, Gavin, Trent, Jesse, Cole, Liam, Sophie, Denira, Grady and Hudson; and his sister Katie Dillman.

His last year at Heritage Tower was a challenging one due to Covid but Frank, true to form made the best of it.
